Employee Information

Our pay rates are as follows:

Solo pay - Dry Van and Refrigerated:
  • Earn up to 51 CPM
  • Northeast Pay Incentive: 4 CPM
  • Mileage Bonus: 5 CPM
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,100
Dedicate Team Pay:
  • $925 Per Week
Regular Team Pay:
  • 41 CPM To 43 4CPM (split)
Operations: Conventional equipment (2013/2012 Peterbilts and 2012 Volvo) running in 48 states and Canada.

 MDS provides various benefits such as:
  • One week of vacation after one year of employment
  • Two weeks of vacation after five years of employment
  • Three weeks of vacation after ten years of employment
